(12.24.2002) An owner of a stolen vehicle saw his vehicle and called police, Michael Ellerbe was chased by police until he crashed and took off on foot. As he ran between two houses officers shot him in the back.

Jonny E. Gammage - Three suburban police officers were charged with involuntary manslaughter in the choking death of Gammage, 31, of Syracuse, N.Y., at a traffic stop on Route 51 on Oct. 12, 1995. Officer John Vojtas of Brentwood was acquitted in a jury trial in November 1996. Charges were dismissed last July against Brentwood Lt. Milton Mulholland and Baldwin Borough Officer Michael Albert after two mistrials.

Anthony Starks - Deputy Coroner Arthur G. Gilkes Jr. ruled in July 1995 that Starks' death while in police custody was accidental. Starks, 30, of Rockville, Md., died April 28, 1995, after being restrained by city police in an East Liberty apartment building where he had been smoking cocaine and drinking with friends. Police admitted striking Starks on the face and hands, while other witnesses testified that police kicked him in the head and abdomen and beat him with nightsticks. Gilkes concurred with a forensic pathologist who said blunt force trauma played no part in Starks' death, and that the probable cause was cocaine abuse and heart disease.

Maneia Bey - After hearing from 33 witnesses over two days, a coroner's jury voted 4-2 to recommend no charges be filed against six officers who fired at Bey during a two-block foot chase and shootout Nov. 20, 1993, in East Liberty. Bey, 23, of Beltzhoover, was felled by bullets fired by two of the officers. He was shot 16 times, including 13 times in the back, after running from police.

Anthony Walton Jr. - A coroner's jury recommended involuntary manslaughter charges against McKeesport Officer Javan Wilson III, who was off duty Aug. 12, 1993, when he pursued and shot Walton, 33, of Versailles. A Common Pleas Court jury acquitted Wilson in August 1994.

Anthony Agurs - Pittsburgh police Officer Bernard Hont was acquitted of homicide by vehicle in 1984 in the death of Anthony Agurs, 15, in the parking lot of the Stanton Heights Shopping Center. The city, however, paid $110,000 to Agurs' family to settle a civil suit over the incident.

Meanwhile, Route 51 goes through West Mifflin and is shocking to hear that they choked a man. They do not seem to like anyone in the eastern coast state regions literally, something very territorial in southwestern PA.

Meanwhile, they allow this lady to be called a victim in a false charge against a child she committed by baiting him and calling him names to speak into her camera on another police call. The police gave the father of the child a false ticket. She was allowed to be let go, hard evidence on video such as seen at this link was dismissed, she lied to the judge and told Riazzi (in complete disrespect to him) in Mckeesport PA. (15132) that she only stayed on her side of the road, and that she only stated for the people to stay away from her house (which they never went near). This lady screaming in the video prowled they're house, and she was found by a law enforcement officer to be intoxicated, named Jon J.Harrison. He did not write her a ticket, her husband is on video menacing and threatening the elderly grandmother of the child there. She has a case against her (the yelling lady husband) next. The innocent threatened family had to go to the DA to get the screaming ladies case to go through, and look the DA in the eye! But a month later and her husband getting a ticket, the day after Jon J. Harrison gives the innocent dad a ticket stating a bold false lie that she claimed or the police made up saying "I KNOW THAT YOU'RE HUSBAND IS NOT HOME, I WILL BE BACK FOR YOU LATER!" So basically and illogically the dad to the son would seem to go get her when her husband is home! Someone needs an education and learn not to make illogical sounding lies on people falsely in Mckeesport (the police or the screaming lady!) Lt. Craig almost spit on the dads face, and the officer with him only wanted to speak something (with nasty face and attitude) about the past! Now you know something is very awry in McKeesport, and people are beginning to realize there's more to this than meets the eye. Some conspiracy is going on in McKeesport, since her friend is Ross that runs the bar, and there was stated from a member of the bar room on Grandview Ave. that there is a policeman related to them! Seems fishy in Mckeesport the victim is victimized by the police, and she is in another video to appear, that they were helping her from her own lips (the crazy yelling lady) that THE POLICE ARE HELPING HER GET THE THREE PEOPLE CHRISTIAN FAMILY OUT OF THEY'RE HOUSE! Ah, well the house isn't worth anything, apparently they wanted some friends to buy it and other people to move in or something other to victimize an innocent family. The dad stated that he was the victim, and Lt. Craig and the other officer made ugly faces, because he refused to talk about the past, which they never allow any citizen to ever do on a call, why its fishy as all it can be! Lt.Craig almost spit in the dads face and said "NO!" to him and his family being the true victims. So they are not willing in egoistical Gestapo pride manner to not do the truth. They are an outright abortion of the law, there simply is a faltered law in Mckeesport PA. (15132), and now who wants to try moving in here. It's not the family, its them who ruined it and its economy, and the police and these nasty acting people. but as on the Steve show, they always have a pride and think they are somehow justified in the wrongdoing, that it is everyone else that is crazy and they are sane, correct. Go figure, they all seem insane to me!
