Isn't there a law in place that the police need parental permission to question a minor? The basics: 9 year old boy - in school - questioned by a MI. State trooper. The school principal was present HOWEVER the parent(s) was not only not present...she was not even notified that this was taking place. This ,by the way , does not involve any suspected abuse of the aforementioned 9 year old by either parent.
"This is the worst police investigation I have ever seen...and I was a State trooper for 30 years before I became a P.I. "
~ quote from the P.I. involved in my son's case~
