LMAO!!

Check out this thread and some of their blatant hypocrisy.

CHPRanger:
Two years ago, I stopped a Sheriff Deputy for speeding his newly brought Corvette. I asked him what was the reason and he said "I was just testing out the speed on this thing". I let him go because he was showing remorse and he had a nice attitude.

Doesn't matter who you are, you speed on purpose just for fun/your own benefit, you will get a ticket from me. And it doesn't help to show bad attitude.

Soooo, it doesn't matter who you are, unless you're a cop.

Shortly after I started my job, I had to move within the county where I was employed and I was pulled over by a state trooper for a seat belt violation. My drivers license and registration still had my former address listed on the paperwork and when the trooper asked if the address was current I had to respond with "no". I then gave him my new address and he asked if there was anyway I could confirm that address, the only option I had was to inform him that I was employed by the local police department and he could call them and confirm. I had tried to avoid giving him that information as I didn't want any bias or preferential treatment. He let me go without with a verbal warning and didn't even bother calling the PD.

I've always believed that seat belt laws were infringing on a person's rights and never enforced them when it came to adults. I don't "click it" and will continue in the same vein.
To tender a vote for a politician is to forfeit one's sovereignty.

Voting is merely selecting the person you feel is best suited to control your life.

The State is an organized criminal syndicate. It's actions are merely legal because the state determines the legalities.

Then there's this beautiful hypocrite...

OCCBRetired writes:

Hey VSPBIZM

I have bad news for you. WE ARE NOT THE SAME AS CIVILIANS.

When shots are fired, civilians run and hide.
We race to the shots to be the first there to try to save the civilian.

Not all civilians, so this in itself is a dishonest statement. I've also seen cops run and hide, by the way.

When a violator speeds on the highway at 110mph, civilians get out of their way.
We chase them at 115.

Is this why a cop will sometimes request a long-haulers assistance in boxing in a violator?

When civilians are in bed at night,
we are patroling their streets to keep them safe.

Uh-huh. Okay. Delavan, WI, six people murdered, where was your profession? Virginia Tech. Where was your profession? Hiding behind trees and buildings. Okaaaay.

When mothers tell civilians not to get involved, they don't.
We don't listen to our mothers and look to get involved.

This really doesn't make any sense so I'll just make the assumption that he's now speaking out of his fourth point of contact.

When a cop is getting his butt kicked on the side of a highway, civilians dial 9-1-1 and you wait 10 minutes for help.
We stop, even with our families in the car, even unarmed and out of state, to help that officer.

Wait, wait, thought I just read an article recently where a CIVILIAN shot and killed a killer who had just killed a cop on the side of the road.

http://www.boston.com/news/local/articl ... dly_in_nh/

He was unarmed and his son was in the vehicle. Does this qualify as proving the above statement incorrect?

Attitude or not, why would a cop want to take money out of another cops pocket.

Why not? You advocate and partake of thievery when you write a citation for a "civilian". Better yet, why would you want to take money out of a "civilian's" pocket?

Here is a question for you:

If you stopped a vehicle with tinted windows and it turned out to be your mother would you write her a ticket?

If you said yes then you may qualify to be a meter maid in a town or city. They do not require a high school diploma and are not allowed to use discretion.

If you said no, then you are a hypocrit.

Welly, welly, well, isn't that the pot calling the kettle black!

While we are not above the law nor should expect to be, we still call ourselves a "profession". Certains rights, privileges and expectations are part of a profession. A traffic summons is the lowest type of enforcement that we do and allows for the most discretion.

This gentleman (I'm using that term loosely) has just declared cops to be above the law.

Anyone can graduate an academy and call themselves a police officer. Not everyone can become a COP.

Semantics. Wonderful thing, eh?

I have 33 years and am now a Chief. I would not allow you or any other cop who writes cops to work for me.

This only confirms his own hypocrisy and dishonesty. Wonder what else he covers up within his department.

How many of the posters here who are law enforcement issue citations out of spite to individuals who are exercising their rights?

Some examples:

1. Refusing to answer your questions. Such as:
a. Do you know how fast you were going?
b. Where are you going?
c. Where are you coming from?

2. Refusing your request to search the vehicle.

When you detain a person, do you inform them of their rights? Such as the right to not answer your questions? Such as the right to not have their vehicle searched by you?

Do you consider yourselves a defender of the constitution, a servant of the public and an unbiased investigator? Or are you merely an agent of the state, enforcing the laws of state and collecting a paycheck?

That site is one of the worst things that the cops have done to their "brotherhood" lately. They open up their curtain for the world to see the hypocracy that exists, and then continue to perpetuate it! Frickin morons all of em.
