Judges That Should Be Killed....For Liberity?

A police state is a term for a state in which the government exercises rigid repressive controls over the social, economic and political life of the citizens, especially by means of a secret police "Homeland Security" which operates outside the boundaries normally imposed by the U.S. Constitution.

Judges That Should Be Killed....For Liberity?

Postby WaTcHeR » 25 Jun 2009, Thu 9:03 pm

“Let me be the first to say this plainly: These judges deserve to be killed. Their blood will replenish the tree of liberty. A small price to pay to assure freedom for millions" ~ Hal Turner

A white supremacist blogger and internet radio host was arrested and charged Wednesday with threatening to kill judges, the authorities said.

Hal Turner was arrested at his apartment in suburban New Jersey. According to court documents, after a three-judge panel of the Chicago-based 7th U.S. Circuit of Appeals upheld a Chicago handgun ban, he blogged that the judges should be “killed.”

“Let me be the first to say this plainly: These judges deserve to be killed. Their blood will replenish the tree of liberty. A small price to pay to assure freedom for millions,” he wrote on his blog on June 2, the day of the ruling, according to court documents. A day later he posted addresses, photos, maps and other identifying information about Chief Judge Frank Easterbrook and Judges Richard Posner and William Bauer, the authorities said.

An FBI agent said (.pdf) Turner told the authorities “he did not intend to injure the judges but believed he would be criminally responsible if someone reading his website acted on what he posted to his website.”

The banner on his Turner Radio Network site includes this logo: “Free Speech: No Matter who Doesn’t Like It!”

Turner, who is to appear in New Jersey federal court Thursday, faces a maximum 10-year term if convicted.

“We take threats to federal judges very seriously. Period,” said Patrick J. Fitzgerald, the U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Illinois.

State charges are also pending against the 47-year-old Turner in Hartford, Connecticut, where he is accused of inciting readers to “take up arms” against state lawmakers.

Two years ago, Turner’s site allegedly was the victim of denial of service attacks by the group, Anonymous. Hackers also claimed he was an FBI informant after posting e-mail allegedly between Turner and an agent.

And the rest of American citizen's are not that special?

For the record a judge isn't someone who's all that special or above another human. By the way the U.S. Constitution is above all judges! If the founding fathers thought that someone wishing or wanting a judge or other government officials dead, don't you think they would have put that in the Constitution? The founding fathers gave the people freedom of speech to be used against the government.

I personally think there should be a few judges hung for the abuse of power in office and not following the Constitution. The worst judges in my book are Federal judges! There's a few Federal judges I can't wait for them to get hit by a bus, plane, or what ever happens to them is fine with me.

Alfred the Great of Saxony, King of England had a way of handling judges who tampered with juries. In the year 889 he hanged forty-four judges because they were interfering with jury trials by removing and replacing jurors in order to gain convictions.

Doesn't the U.S. Constitution say that the American people have the right to take up arms and go against the government? We don't need no one's fucking permission, the founding fathers left their blood in our soils to give us that right.

By the way the gun ban in Chicago is not only un-Constitutional, but it's also a "race" thing. You don't want to have too many black people running around with guns. That scares the white men in the government.

Judge Martin Ashman is a Danger to All Americans

Postby WaTcHeR » 11 Aug 2009, Tue 5:19 pm

Calling Hal Turner "a danger to the community," Chicago Judge Martin Ashman, has denied bail to the Web talk show host who has been charged with threatening three U.S. appellate court judges.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Martin Ashman, who sits in the Northern District of Illinois, issued the statement after a hearing in Chicago on Monday. Turner has been in custody in Chicago since he was moved there from New Jersey, where he was arrested by the FBI on June 24 for writing that three judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit should be killed for upholding a Chicago ban on handguns.

The defendant is ordered to be "detained as a danger to the community pending further court proceedings," Judge Ashman said in a one-sentence order.

In a June 2 posting on his Web site, called Turner Radio Network, Turner said 7th Circuit Chief Judge Frank Easterbrook and Judges Richard Posner and William Bauer "deserve to be killed" for their ruling in the handgun case that day. In a June 3 follow-up post, Turner provided the names, work addresses, phone numbers and photos of the judges.

At Turner's arraignment hearing on July 28, Assistant U.S. Attorney Bill Hogan argued that Turner should remain in custody based, in part, on the fact that he continued to threaten authorities even after his arrest. Hogan said that while Turner was in custody in New Jersey, he called in additional postings naming three FBI agents who interviewed him. He called in those postings despite court restrictions on his Internet use.

Turner's attorney, Michael Orozco of Newark, N.J.-based Bailey & Orozco, has filed a motion to dismiss the charges, saying they violate his client's First Amendment right to express his opinions on his Web site and that nothing on the site was "a true threat." Orozco is also seeking to have the case moved to New Jersey if it proceeds.

No Judge Martin Ashman you are the one that is a threat not only to the community but to all Americans! Hal Turner doesn't have a problem with the community, just judges like yourself. That's the best you can come up with is a threat to the community? What you really mean is a threat to the community of "men in robes." Hal doesn't wish death to the community, just certain judges. I believe there's a lot of other people in America that agrees with him. That scares you don't it Judge Ashman? I bet you don't eat out often with the family do you? I can't say I blame you!

Hal Turner didn't tell anyone to kill these judges, just that he thought they should be killed. What if I agree with this man, am I now guilty of a crime? What if our Founding Fathers were too scared to share their thoughts with each other, where would this country be today? Go ahead Judge Ashman and read my thoughts, because if you could the things I'm wishing would happen to you, would send shivers down ones back.

Hal Turner didn't direct anyone to kill a judge and no dumbass follow through with killing one or all of those judges did they?

The First Amendment doesn't say anywhere of the limits of free speech in America. Actually the Constitution was written by our Founding Fathers given the American public the right to say anything about their government that they want to. If the Founding Fathers had thought it was wrong to verbally threaten a Federal Judge or even the President, don't you think they would have put that in there somewhere? They kept it out for a reason!

Bill of Rights
Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

It's bad enough that Judge Martin Ashman doesn't uphold the First Amendment of the Constitution, but here's another one he abuses.

Amendment VIII

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Federal judges aren't special, they won't be missed. From this day on I will celebrate anytime a Federal Judge dies. Because it's the best thing for America, a Tyrant is dead!

A U.S. Senator once made this comment, when asked why America citizens are trying to kill judges.

"It causes a lot of people, including me, great distress to see judges use the authority that they have been given to make raw political or ideological decisions." -- Senator John Cornyn

Radio talk show host and blogger Hal Turner was an FBI trained agent provocateur, his attorney told reporters in Hartford today. The supposed white supremacist worked for the agency from 2002 until 2007. “His job was basically to publish information which would cause other parties to act in a manner which would lead to their arrest,” Michael Orozco told the Associated Press.

Earlier this year Turner told his blog readers to “take up arms” against Connecticut lawmakers. He also said government officials should “obey the Constitution or die.” In June he wrote that the Illinois federal appeals judges “deserve to be killed” because they issued a ruling that upheld ordinances in Chicago and suburban Oak Park banning handguns. Turner included photos of the judges and the room numbers of their chambers at the courthouse.

Orozco said he plans First Amendment defenses in both the Connecticut and Illinois cases.

Under COINTELPRO in the 1960s and early 70s, the FBI used a variety of dirty tricks against its targets including wiretapping and assassination — as well as the use of agents provocateurs — in coordination with state and local police.

As the case against Turner and the revelations of his attorney reveal, the government did not abandon its COINTELPRO tactics, as it claimed in the mid 1970s. The FBI, acting as the establishment’s political secret police, continues to undermine political movements the elite consider dangerous and a threat to their control and influence.

Members of the patriot movement in particular should take note of Turner’s revelations. The government is not interested in subverting the globalist foundation comprised and neutered so-called left but rather a growing patriot movement that demands an end to the Federal Reserve, a return to a constitutional republic, and resistance to predatory globalism and world government.

Hal Turner specifically attempted to appeal to the patriot movement and the constitutionalists. It should serve as a wake-up call that the FBI trained him as an agent provocateur.

Hal Turner took the stand today in his federal trial and accused the FBI of instructing him to make violent and racist statements. The North Bergen, New Jersey, radio talk show host is on trial for allegedly threatening three Chicago-based federal appeals court judges. In June of 2009, Turner said the judges “deserved to be killed” for a ruling they made in a gun control case.

In more than two hours of testimony, Turner described how he was recruited in 2003 by the FBI’s Newark-based Joint Terrorism Task Force. He said he was paid “in excess of $100,000” by the FBI during his almost five years as an informant, according to The Record.

Turner’s first trial ended in deadlock back in December. A mistrial was declared after the jury deadlocked 9 to 3 in favor of acquitting Turner who was originally indicted in Illinois.

During the first trial, Assistant Special Agent in Charge Amy Pickett, the third highest ranking FBI Official in New York City, admitted that Turner was involved in “National Security Intelligence.”

On February 16, The Record reported federal prosecutors sought to bar Turner from revealing his longtime role as a FBI informant to a jury during the current trial. “Prosecutors want U.S. District Judge Donald Walter to preclude Turner’s lawyers from referring to his background as a confidential source for the FBI,” the newspaper reported.

According to research conducted by Alexandra Natapoff of Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, the FBI maintains an army of at least 15,000 “confidential informants,” while the DEA admits to having 4,000 snitches. “But the number of informants working directly for the Feds is probably only a tiny fraction of the entire stukachi [a Russian epithet used to describe a secret police informant] population, given the uncounted masses of snitches working for state and local police agencies,” writes William Norman Grigg of the Pro Libertate blog.

On March 2, two federal judges testified in U.S. District Court in Brooklyn that they feared for their lives after Turner posted the comments on his blog. “I read it as a threat to kill me,” testified U.S. Appeals Court Judge William Bauer.

However, neither judge asked the U.S. Marshal Service for special protection.

“The government’s case began to fall apart almost immediately when government witnesses confirmed Turner was a national security intelligence operative for the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force from 2003 through 2008,” the Family of Hal Turner blog noted on February 24. “Turner’s attorneys pointed out that the FBI itself ‘counseled’ Turner on the lawful use of violent rhetoric so he could flush out radicals before they committed acts of terrorism.”

The Family of Hal Turner blog, however, does not provide evidence of “radicals” bent on committing acts of terrorism in order to make its case. The FBI has a long track record of creating fake terror groups and urging easily conned patsies to plot harebrained terror attacks.

According to the MIAC report and the Department of Homeland Security’s “rightwing extremism” report, the government considers Ron Paul supporters, Libertarians, Constitutionalists, returning veterans, and Second Amendment advocates a threat. Both reports conflate the miniscule white supremacist movement with the larger and vastly more popular patriot movement.

In addition, the government considers the anti-war movement a threat. Responding to ACLU FOIA requests filed in 20 states on behalf of more than 150 organizations and individuals in 2006, the government released documents revealing monitoring and infiltration by the FBI and local law enforcement, targeting political, environmental, anti-war and faith-based groups.

A Brooklyn jury took less than two hours Friday to convict right-wing loudmouth Harold (Hal) Turner of threatening to kill three Chicago judges.

Turner's mom and teenage son gasped and sobbed as the jury found the Internet shock jock guilty of a single charge of threatening to murder the judges - a charge that carries up to 10 years in prison.

An ashen-faced Turner stripped off his tie and belt and handed his wallet to a clerk before he was led out of the courtroom in downtown Brooklyn.

"I love you, dad," his son, Michael Turner, 16, said after the verdict was read.

Relatives of Turner angrily denounced the lightning-quick verdict, which came on the fourth day of his second retrial.

Two previous trials ended in mistrials after jurors were unable to agree on a verdict.

"There goes the First Amendment for everyone," said Kathy Diamond, Turner's mother. "These judges, their job is to protect the Constitution, not shred it.

She hugged her grandson who also insisted his father did nothing wrong.

"It's totally wrong," Michael Turner. "It's (his) opinion not a threat."

Jurors rushed out of the Brooklyn Heights courtroom without speaking to reporters. No date was set for sentencing.

Prosecutors say the former radio host threatened federal judges Richard Posner, William Bauer and Frank Easterbrook after they upheld Chicago's ban on handguns.

"Let me be the first to say this plainly: these judges deserve to be killed," Turner posted on his website in June 2009.

Turner, 48, of North Bergen, N.J., also posted the judges' phone numbers and office addresses, federal prosecutor Diane MacArthur told the jury.

The first two trials for Turner ended in deadlocked juries. The case was heard in Brooklyn so Turner would not be on trial in the judges' own courthouse.

NEW YORK — Harold "Hal" Turner, the North Bergen Internet shock jock, was sentenced to nearly three years in prison today for threatening three Chicago federal judges.

Turner was sentenced to 33 months in the same Brooklyn courthouse where he endured three trials for the same charges. The first two trials ended with deadlocked juries. Turner, 48, was convicted at the third trial in August.

The Record of Bergen County reported that Turned expected to be sentenced to 10 years. The 33-month sentence is on the low side of the federal sentencing guidelines.

Turner made headlines in Hudson County and beyond with his right-wing, anti-Semitic, racist rhetoric on both is Internet radio show and on his blog. He later claimed that the persona was created to root out radical groups such as white supremicists for the federal government.

At his trials the government confirmed that Turner did work for and with federal agencies, but that he went too far with his hate-filled remarks.

The case stemmed from the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling in 2009 by three judges that upheld a district court decision dismissing lawsuits that challenged handgun bans in Chicago and Oak Park, Ill.

Turner protested the decision with inflammatory remarks posted on the Internet. Prosecutors said he crossed the line by declaring, ``These judges must die.''

Turner had claimed his tirades were protected by the constitutional right to free speech.
