Ohio Cops Make Man Walk Home in His Polar Bear Pajamas

Who says there's just a few bad apples in law enforcement? They obviously haven't visited PoliceCrimes.com. All police offices mentioned may or may not have been arrested and charged with a CRIME and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

CINCINNATI — A Cincinnati-area man is suing two suburban police departments, saying he was falsely arrested and then humiliated when he had to walk through his neighborhood in pajamas with polar bears on them.

In a suit filed Wednesday in Hamilton County, 62-year-old James Williams says he was getting a document from his pickup truck in his driveway when he was arrested and forced to the ground.

The former brave firefighter says he was an innocent bystander in the investigation of a man who had crashed his car nearby. The lawsuit says Williams was taken to a gas station where a man had stolen gasoline and that he was held in a police cruiser for about 20 minutes.

Williams says he had to walk home in his pajamas when he was released. He's asking at least $125,000 from the departments and officers involved.

"Cops that lie, need to die!" A police officer that lies to get an arrest or send someone to prison should be shot.

"In the U.S., a cop with a gun can commit the most heinous crime and be given the benefit of the doubt."

"The U.S. Government does not have rights, it has privileges delegated to it by the people."

This is hardly violence or news. When you are released from jail 80% of the time if you are polite you can use a phone there. 90% of the time there is a pay phone. I bet 40% of the time if you have none a cop or another person will give you the .50cents to make the call to be picked up.

So what if people see you in your PJs. I know it is not the point.

But... seriously I have little pitty I have known very few people who have suggested they deserved to be arrested unless they were suicidal or addicts on the last string.

We really need a lot more of this story.
