Recently arrested and am amazed at dismal treatment

Postby alisonm » 03 Dec 2008, Wed 5:08 pm

i was recently arrested for spousal abuse (my husband) - case was dismissed as i never have done anything to him but he's getting older and in poor health and seriously confused. he had reported me for beating him witha stick when in actuality i took alcohol away from him and he tried to threaten me with his cane! sounds funny but it's a nightmare. the police advised him to take out emergency restraining order. i was in jail overnight and am aghast at conditions and treatment.....strip searched and treated as an animal. what can i do at this point to help better conditions and treatment for others.

Absolutly nothing. President Bush has suspended habeas corpus (Due Process) across the United States of America. All Court rooms [and jails] are merely charades and operate outside of the law and outside of the Constitution for the United States of America. We are currently under Martial Law with the end game of becoming a total fascist State.
I Pledge Allegiance, To The Flag, Of The UNITED POLICE STATES CALLED AMERICA, And To DEMOCRACY AT GUNPOINT, For Which It Stands, "A" NATION, WITHOUT GOD, DIVISIBLE, WITHOUT LIBERTY AND NO JUSTICE AT ALL.

“The two enemies of the people are criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the Constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first.” – Thomas Jefferson
