Auditors Arrested by the La Porte Police

La Porte Texas – First Amendment Auditors David Worden “News Now Houston,” Patrick Roth “News Now Patrick” and Leonard DeLeon “Authority Check” were arrested by the La Porte Texas Police for walking on a curb where sidewalk is provided.

In Texas this is a Class C Misdemeanor which you can be given a ticket and be on you way. Years back Texas law makers made a law that allowed the police to give you a ticket or arrest you. Officer Harness of the La Porte Police Department, decided to arrest the Auditors because his ego got in the way because the Auditors were standing up for their rights.
