David Dudenhoeffer formally of the Brenham Texas Police Department was traveling to a police training class with a female police officer. On the the way officer David Dudenhoeffer exposed himself in the police car and said he had big balls and asked the female officer if sh wanted to touch them.
There are two sides to a story. The female police officer waited five years to report the incident.
